McGill’s water resources team provides communities with solutions to their water resource challenges 和 assists them in adapting to 和 complying with regulatory drivers. With over three decades of 经验 across the southeastern United States, we provide programmatic 和 project support that includes all aspects of project delivery. Supported by our expert modelers 和 GIS capabilities, our engineers can address a broad range of projects from stormwater system design 和 BMP retrofits to watershed-wide flood management 和 water quality improvement master plans. We integrate a depth of knowledge in environmental planning, hydraulic system modeling, infrastructure design, 和 construction management to provide holistic water resources solutions to our clients.
Stormwater Support
McGill is a leading provider of stormwater program support services. Our staff is knowledgeable in TMDL 和 npd 合规, such as regional TMDL 合规 in Chesapeake Bay, or local watershed 合规, such as Falls Lake 和 Jordan Lake in North Carolina. We can also provide varied levels of support performing development reviews 和 approvals to respond to municipal staff changes. Our team members possess the necessary resources, 经验, 和 technical expertise to assist our municipal clients with preparation of stormwater development manuals 和 ordinances to stay up to date with changing state regulations. We also have extensive 经验 partnering with communities to find innovative solutions to financing stormwater program needs through grant writing 和 stormwater utility implementation 和 support.
Infrastructure Design
McGill has a wealth of 经验 in the design of water-resources-related infrastructure, including road 和 site 排水, stormwater management, green infrastructure, stream restoration, 大坝, 和 other hydraulic control structures. Our team includes 经验d stormwater designers familiar with hydrologic 和 hydraulic modeling, 允许, 和 maintenance 和 operations of stormwater infrastructure. Floodplain Management
